By the time you READ this I will be Travelling to Transylvania en route to DRACULA’s Castle for HALLOWEEN – Day ONE

Hello Fellow Bloggers. This is a scheduled post. By the time that you read this I will be EN ROUTE to Transylvania, ROMANIA.

This is a place I have always wanted to visit. Especially at Halloween. As I have always wanted to attend the Party at Dracula’s Castle. BRAN CASTLE in Bran.

I have my ticket. My flight is booked. I have my hotel booked. And I will be spending The Halloween Season nestled in the Carpathian Mountains.

This is a Journey I travel ALONE. As I have never met anyone that wants to take this particular TRIP. I am certain I will meet some exciting people at the Castle. It is time for an ADVENTURE.

I could have done an organised tour but I kind of like my own space and quiet time and the odd day partying rather than full on tour stuff! So I am doing this independently. Just got a flight basically and a couple of days accommodation.

Meanwhile I have to fly which I hate. Which means I will temporarily take up smoking again. Just to calm my nerves! And I always have a drink on Halloween. It’s my party night!

Hopefully by the time you read this I am not over the baggage limit with my costume! Mwah ha ha

I will be travelling by public transport when I get there. It’s not booked as it’s too complicated to figure out as I am arriving at night. I like being spontaneous, or it feels like a chore planning too much so I will travel on a wing and a prayer. And let the journey unfold as it will.

Anyway, The VAMPIRES await! And I have a DATE with DRACULA.

I hope to keep you updated on my TRAVELS but I may be AWOL and OFF GRID for a while when I am ROAMING in ROMANIA. Don’t go away…. I will be back soon.

Oh I just checked and Romania is in the European Union. (EU) So I should be able to use my phone okay. But who knows… If you don’t hear from me for a while I’m off grid.

But hopefully I will make it back alive! I have some garlic. Just in case!

PS: I hope they play some good 60s, 70s and 80s music at that Castle!
