Calling all Beatles Fans! I saw an advertisement for this Limited Edition The Beatles Singles Collection a few weeks back and I was like, this is so cool, I’d love this. I can’t afford it so I am going to talk about it as that’s the next best thing!

“NEW LIMITED EDITION COLLECTION OF SEVEN-INCH SINGLES CUT FROM THE MASTER TAPES

We are proud to announce the release of this collectible box set presenting 46 tracks on 23 7-inch vinyl singles, in faithfully reproduced international picture sleeves, accompanied by a 40-page booklet with photos, ephemera, and detailed essays by Beatles historian Kevin Howlett.

These singles, plus an exclusive new double A-side single for the mid-1990s-issued tracks “Free As A Bird” and “Real Love,” are newly remastered from their original master tapes and cut for vinyl at Abbey Road Studios for a new limited edition boxed set.”

Sounds great. I have a couple of Beatles singles and I love collecting second hand vinyl. I’d love this as I think it’s really collectable and I like 45’s. It also comes with a 40 page book. Anyway I found out what the 46 tracks are on this. They are….

Hot on the Heels of Abbey Road

Released on the 2nd November, it comes hot on the heels of the 50th Anniversary edition of The Beatles, “Abbey Road”. Somebody wrote “RIP our Wallets” after that one. Ha ha… 🙂
