Happy Friday the 13th
Happy Friday the 13th. There’s been a few of them lately. The last one I wrote about was the good things regarding Friday the 13th and the one before the bad things. This time I am going to post some photos of a coastal walk I did a few Friday the 13th’s ago. It started bright and sunny enough.
Walking by the Ocean
I love the expanse of deserted coastline.
The open sky.
The beautiful waves.
The open, sandy expanse.
Soft and lovely.
Listening to the sound of the surf.
Dark Skies and Ominous Clouds
I walked the length of the beach until the Friday the 13th skies became darker.
And the clouds closed in…
Friday the 13th Fearsome Cloud
Oooooh. How about this for a Dark and Fearful Ominous Friday the 13th Cloud… Believe me looking at this was intense when you were standing under it. It was as if the dark cloud face had taken over the whole sky.
Then comes the Sun
Behold the Sun bright in the sky.
Friday the 13th Find
A quaint black shell, a rare found thing. A soft white feather. A hopeful wing. 🙂
Happy Friday the 13th. I love Beaches on this day. A day for Nature. 🙂
Lone Coast Walker
I walk coasts alone on cloudy days
Yet get to feel the sunshine’s rays
While ocean waves caress the shore
To city life I close the door
And lose myself in moody skies
Where overhead the seabirds fly
And clouds make faces just for me
As I lose myself in fantasy

For me nothing beats the ocean. And I like beaches when they are deserted. And out of season. And if its sunny to find a little tranquil cove. 💙
I should be at the beach today but instead I’m contemplating whether to panic buy food supplies!!!! 🤔

the ocean is the best, and I agree, the less crowded the better. I’ve heard that back in the States people are panic buying, but here in Singapore that seems to have passed. Is it happening in Ireland? Good luck!

I don’t watch the news so I am pretty chilled out. I panic bought some chocolate. Ha. Saint Patrick’s Day Parades have been cancelled Ireland wide. My friend in England told me she has ordered 72 rolls of toilet paper and some long life milk. She’s self isolating.

they have canceled St. Patrick’s Day parades in the U.S. as well. that’s a lot of toilet paper for your friend – at least you know where to go if you run out! enjoy your chocolate!
